Customers who wish to use our supply glass only services needs to provide us the exact dimensions of the glass they are required,
some customers has cut out in their glass they need to mark the position of the cut out. Once we have cut the glass we are not in charge of any problem with the size of the glass.

As a part of our business policy we do not start processing any job unless 50% deposit has been paid in advance.

Customers who wish to use our supply and fit service needs to send us the roughly measurements of the glass areas,

the measurement must be in Millimeters or Centimeters only and we only take order by email all orders need to be sent to info@princessglass.co.uk.

Once we receive a the order by email we will then send the customer a quotation for the glass they required,

if the customer accept the quote we will ask them for 50% deposit of the given quote.

When we received the 50% deposit of the quotation we will then book an appointment
with the customer to visit their site address to take the final glass measurements and produce template if necessary.

Our delivery service is covering all London zones and even outside London. However for supply only orders there is an additional charge for deliveries.
